We accept Independence Blue Cross Personal Choice.

If Dr. Herring is out-of-network with your insurance company, we will assist you by providing a reimbursement form.

Patients “other than IBX Personal Choice” will be responsible to submit their own claims. Dr. Herring does not accept BC/BS HMO plans.

Neurofeedback and Biofeedback Packages

Ten 45-minute sessions...................................................................$1,500

Twenty 45-minute sessions............................................................$2,700

 

TMS treatment packages (if insurance doesn’t cover it)

Fifteen sessions (37.5 minute each)................................................$3,750

Thirty sessions (37.5 minute each).................................................$6,750
